🔍 Introversion is often misunderstood and is not the same as social anxiety or shyness. It is a personality trait that affects how introverts gain or lose energy in social situations.
💡 Being around a lot of people drains an introvert’s energy, and they require time alone to recharge. This doesn’t mean introverts don’t enjoy spending time with others, but they prefer smaller, more intimate settings.
🌟 Introverts tend to have a small group of close friends because they don’t enjoy large social gatherings. These close friends are the ones who truly know and understand the introvert.
🤔 Introverts can come across as quiet and reserved, which can be mistaken for shyness. However, introverts simply prefer to listen and observe before opening up.
💭 Too much stimulation can overwhelm introverts and make it difficult for them to focus. They thrive in calm and quiet environments.
🎯 Introverts are self-aware and spend a lot of time contemplating their own experiences and emotions. This self-awareness helps them understand themselves better and make informed decisions.
👀 Introverts are keen observers and learn by watching others. They can quickly pick up on details and use this information to navigate social situations and understand people better.
