The conversations that happened after shocked me.
My DMs were flooded with messages from people telling me they are:
~ Feeling lost in their first jobs and wondering if quitting is the right decision
~ Feeling high anxiety at work and finding it difficult to communicate
~ Feeling overwhelmed and stressed at their 3rd job in 2 years
50% of people want to resign right NOW.
That sounds like crazy mental stress.
And, it will affect your mood and physical health.
If left unresolved, it will hurt your confidence and self-worth.
So, while many others are celebrating Valentine's with their loved ones today...
I hope you remember the most important person you should be loving...
And, that's YOU.
So, take a moment to do something for yourself today.
Everyone else can wait.
Give yourself the gift of self-love.
