There are some things that do not come naturally to us.
For example,
I'm awkward in front of a camera.
I'm stressed out before a live presentation.
While it's not something people might notice, the thing is:
I know it.
Because these are skills I've practised.
Over and over again.
After taking a break from YouTube, getting back to recording videos felt weird.
I was overthinking it (introvert, guilty!).
I was not natural at all.
I had to re-train my courage to speak in front of a camera.
I had to re-train the way I communicate on video with my community.
Skills are not forever.
It's like a muscle that you need to keep flexing.
Once you stop. your skills eventually become rusty.
So Anna, which skill are you currently "rusty" at? :)
